This month we had the pleasure of attending the Health Care Supply Association event for the Midlands and East of England. At the event we had the opportunity to present our offering to prominent local stakeholders across the NHS in the region. Amongst the many conversations we held we were delighted to win two awards! Adding to an already bustling collection of awards we have picked up over our 30 year legacy.
This saw us win an award for excellence in supply for Best Patient Feedback and Supplier of the Year!
Best Patient Feedback Award 2024
This award is close to our heart and emphasises our commitment to providing the very best level of care, every single time, for every single patient by removing barriers. It also symbolises the hard work our expert linguists provide across our many differing services in over 450 languages and the skill our operational and training teams place in making sure we deliver exactly what we say we will.
Supplier of the Year
For many years, we have been working across the Midlands to provide a full-scale interpreting service. In the last 12 months we have helped some 300,000 patients receive access to interpreting services making conversations happen that otherwise would not be possible. This award is a proof of our capability to service large conurbations as part of a joined-up health system approach.
